Did your last reformer class leave you wanting more? Get ready to sweat!  This 15-day Advanced Reformer Challenge will give you the intensity you crave, while staying true to the Pilates form you love!  This program is meant to kick it up a notch. For every advanced workout you take, we recommend balancing with lower level classes, or active recovery days such as stretch, meditation, low-impact cardio like a bike ride, a walk, or a hike in nature. Balance is key! We can't wait to see your progress!
