Level 1

Level 1

Body awareness is the key to alignment and support of the natural curves of your spine. Develop skills to anchor your body so you can progress without tension or pain. Every class is a full-body strength balancing experience with precise movements to link the mind, body and breath.

Level 2

Level 2

Once you can anchor it’s time to flow!  Learn to trust the unique rhythm of your breath and movement patterns with added intensity.  A strong focus on technique will give you the stability, mobility and endurance to progress with proper form and alignment.

Level 3+

Level 3+

Mental and physical challenges unite!  Get ready to dig deep into your practice to develop mental stamina.  Concentration and control are key as you move past the limits of your mind to transform your body with complete coordination of mind, body and breath.
